This is a piece I did over the summer for a contest. The rules demanded only one lo-fi video game synth be used so I expected lots of chiptunes (think Nintendo or Timbaland..) so I tried to do something mellow and trippy. Everything you hear; drums, delays, etc. are all one simple synth, no FX or samples. I heard an early 80s mid-western morning show theme song. Here it is, Dreaming Cuyahoga.
Haha, the very beginning and end remind me of getting on Star Tours at Disneyland.
